PROFESSIONAL ETHIC CODE OF THE ASSOCIATION
The members of the Association of Ukrainian Regional HR-Agencies provide customers with professional services in staff searching, rating and selection; they are to form a positive public opinion of the recruitment business; therefore they keep the following ethical standards:
- To act solely in the interests of the professional reputation of the Association.
- To inform customers about difficulties that may obstruct the qualified order fulfillment.
- To guarantee the confidentiality of the applicants' and customers' information; to prevent the informational disclosure that may be of any harm to them.
- Not to go in any manipulations with customers by intended misrepresentation or hiding any available negative information regarding the applicant.
- To inform the Association Members as much impartial and objectively as possible about the facts of applicant's or customer's negligence.
- To take no recompenses from applicants for their employment
- To contact the applicants and gather their feedback and recommendations with maximal correctness – not to harm them on their present workplace in any way.
- To observe the independent and objective rating principles toward the applicants; to involve no special rating methods for applicants without the corresponding agreement.
- Not to involve into other recruitment contests the applicants who were previously employed by our customers in terms of the agreed period.
- To cooperate only with legal entities or private persons working correspondingly to the ethical standards of democratic society.
Sanctions Against the Code breakers
- Infraction of this Code by organization-member of the Association will be followed by discussion of this situation on the Association Conference and applying sanctions up to expulsion of the Association and negative publications in press.
- Infraction of this Code by employee organization-member of the Association results in applying to the company Founder of Head and taking measures toward the employee to avoid such incidents in future.
